A meeting of the South Bend Redevelopment Commission was held at the <br />Off ce of the Commission, in Room 1200 County -City Building, 227 West <br />Jefferson Boulevard, in the City of South Bend, Indiana, on the 25th <br />of March, 1971, at 4:00 P.M. This was a Special Meeting of said Com- <br />mission called in the Regular Meeting of March 19, 1971. <br />Present: Mr. Dean J. Wilhelm, President <br />Mr. John E. This Special Meeting was called for the purpose of adopting the follow- <br />ing Resolutions, which were passed with a vote of 9 to 0 by the Common <br />Coun it in their meeting Monday evening, March 22th: <br />a. Resolution No. 346: Approving and authorizing the submission <br />of a Code Enforcement Grant Application for Model <br />Cities East Code Area. <br />Approved by Common Council on their Resolution No. 269 -71 <br />Mr. Wiggins moved for the adoption of Resolution No. 346, se- <br />conded by Mr. Chenney, and unanimously carried. <br />b. Resolution No. 347: Approving and authorizing the submission <br />of a Code Enforcement Grant Application for Model <br />Cities West Code Area. <br />Approved by Common Council on their Resolution No. 268 -71.. <br />
