6. NEW BUSINESS (Cont'd <br />Mr. Ash nfelter requested someone be placed in charge of <br />the Critical Path Method, either part or full time. An <br />estimatE from Clyde E. Williams & Associates, Inc. to take <br />over thE treatment was in the neighborhood of $10,000 <br />for Phase I and $7,000 for Phase II. Someone is.needed, <br />with kn wledge of construction, to note progress, guide <br />it and nforce time schedules. <br />A motior was made by Mr. Wiggins to approve the Critical <br />Path Method and leave it to staff discretion on what <br />help is needed to carry out the program. Said motion <br />was seconded by Rev. Williams and unanimously carried. <br />d. South Bend Shrine Club: Mr. Anthony, on be- <br />half of the South Bend Shrine Club, has expressed an <br />interesi in purchasing land, in the Indiana R -66 project. <br />e.
