7. PROGRESS REPORTS <br />Eleven business concerns have completed their moves, <br />and their claims are at some stage of processing at <br />this time. Staff anticipates that a minimum of six <br />additional businesses will have completed their re- <br />location by March 31. <br />8. OOESTION AND ANSWER SESSION: <br />A question directed by Mrs. Janet S. Allen con- QUESTION AND ANSWER <br />cerning size and front footage of new storerooms was SESSION <br />resolved by statement to the effect that the redeveloper <br />would be bidding for large tracts involving a minimum <br />60-foot frontage and that it would be the developer's <br />decision as to size of storerooms which he proposes to <br />lease. Advice was offered regarding the formation'of <br />small business development corporations by independent <br />business concerns joining together for group financing.. <br />This would be economically feasible to the small busi- <br />ness c ncerns grossing between $75,000 and $135,000 <br />annual y. <br />9.
