Tuesdav August 31st. 190Q. IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION No. 606. Resolved by the Board. of Public Works -of the City of South Bend, Indiana: That an improvement be made of the kind, size, location and terminal points as follows: Paving of Howard avenue from Michigan avenue to LaPorte avenue with either Brick, Asphalt, Bitulithic or Creosoted Block. Said improvement shall be known. and deli .ted as " THE FTOWARD _ A1,rE?,TUE PAVING IMPROVE147NT" anD shall be. constructed according to the pland and specifications prepared by the City Civil Engineer, filed herewith. Notice of this resolution shall be published on the lst day of September; and on the Sth dcLy of September, 1909, in the South Bend.Daily Times. This Board will give a hearing on this resolution at its office in the City Hall on the 21st day of September, 1909, at 7:15 P. M. A Bond or Bonds to be issued to the Contractor in payment for such viork there the property owner signs' waiver required, as according to law. Which said bonds shall bear interest at the rate of six per cent per annum, payable as provided by law.. Adopted th-i s 31st day of August, 1909. BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS.
