Cole & Son, Inc., who handled the bid tabulation on these Contracts, recommended the contracts be awarded to Rieth -Riley Construction Co., nc., who was the apparent low bidder on all three contracts. The bids received for Contract Cl and C2 were below the engineer's estimate, and C3 was slightly above. The Chair entertained a motion for the award of Contracts C1, C2 and C3 to Rieth-Riley.Construc- tion Company, in the amounts of $63,865.65, $17,282.00 and $25,297.10, respectively. Said motion was made by Mr. Wiggins and seconded by Rev. Williams, and unanimously carried. c. FOR FORCE ACCOUNT WORK, Works of South Bend for work on Indiana, R -56, _ INDUSTRIAL EXPANSION Industrial Expansion Project.
