EROGRESS REPORTS <br />Downtown Negotiations: Mr. Hubert M. <br />Weave advised..that to date 95 options have been <br />signed, at a total cost of $4,150,040. Two of <br />these options (WNDU and Hamilton - Harris) were <br />autho ized in this meeting and this takes.care <br />of th post- office site, with the exception of <br />three in condemnation. <br />PAC Meeting: Mr. Ashenfelter advised <br />they met with the Southeast Neighborhood resi- <br />dents Wednesday, October 14th, with-Rev. Williams . <br />in attendance. Accomplishment was in the way of <br />knowl dge and feelings of the Project Area Com- <br />mitte .
