Hearing given on Condemnation Resolution No. 53 for opening of Alley along L. S. & M. S. R. R. from Leer Street to Kline Street. Condemnation Resolution No. 54 for the widening of Rupel Street from Wilber Street West 100 feet. In the above matter no remonstrators appeared. and no remonstrances were filed. The Board therefore declare the above property in all things condemned and appropriated for public use. Engineer instructed to prepare roll showing awards of damages anci.assessments of I)enefits in the above matter. - Hearing given on Vacation Resolution No. 55 for vacating Vassar Ave., from Leland A to River. Vacation Resolution No. 56 for Vacating of Youkon Ave. from. Leland Aire. to River. In the above Matter no remonstrators eared ancT io remonstrances were filed.The Board therefore declare the above property in all things vacated. Engineer instructed to prepare roll showing awards of'damages and assessments of benefits$ in the above matter. The Home Telephone Company submitted plans and detail drawings showing extensions of underground system which they wish to install at once. The same being approved by the Board of Public Works and referred to the City Eng- ineer. President.
