22-4 Tuesday June 22d.,.1909. The.Board met in regularrsepsion.st 10;00 A. M. All members present. IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION N0. 595. Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City ofSouth Bend, Indiana: That an improvement be made of the kind, size, location and, terminal points as followrt Srade,. Curb & Walk ,on Broadway from Fellows Street to Miami Street. Said improvement shall be known and designated as "THE BROADWAY GRADE? CURB & WALK IMPROVEMENT" and shall be constructed according to the plans and specifications pre- pared by the City Civil Engineer, Filed herewith. Notice of this resolution shall be pub- lished on the 23rd day of June and on the 30th day of June 1909, in the South Bend Daily Times. This board will give a hearing on this resolution at its office in the City Hall on the 13th day of July 1909, at 7;15 P. 14. A Bond or Bonds to be issued to the Contractor in payment for such work where the property owner signs waiver xesquired, as according to law. Which said bonds shall bear interest at the rate per cent. per annum, payable as provided by law. Adopted this 22d. day of June 1909. BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS: W. A. 111CINERNY, Pres. IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 596 Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana: That an improvement be made of _the kind, size, location and terminal points as follows: Tarvia Macadam Pavement on Notre Dame Street and. Notre Dame Avenue from Jefferson Street to The City Limits on the North. Said improvement sha-l*be known and designated as "THE NOTRE DAME STREET & NOTRE. DAME AVENUE PAVEMENT IMPROVEMENT" and shall be constructed according to the plans and spe- cifications prepared by the City Civil Engineer, filed. herewith. Notice of this resolution shall be published on the 23rd. day of June and on the 30th day of June 1909, in the South Bend Daily Tines. This board will give a hearing on this resolution at its office in the City Hall on the 13th day of July 1909, at 71*15 P. M. A Bond or Bonds to be issued to the Contractor in payment for such work where the property owner sighs w4iver required, as according to law. IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 597. Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana; That an improvement be made of the kind, size, location and terminal points as folloivo Webster Street from Sample Street to the C. I. and S. R. R. by grading and paving the roadway with either Brick, Asphalt, Bitulithic, Wooden -block or Mineral Rubber Asphaltic Concrete pave- ment laid on a gravel concrete foundation. Also for the construction of concrete curb and extension of sewers from inlets to the main sewer andoother appurtenances. Said improvement shall be known and designated as "THE WEBSTER STREET PAVING IMPROVEMENT" and shall be constructed according to the plans and specifications prepared by the City Civil Engineer, filed herewith. Notice of this resolution shall be published on the 23 rd day of June and on the 30th day of June, 1909, in the South BendDaily Times. This board will giver a hearing on this resolution at its office in the City Hall on the 13th day of July, 1909 at;;F;15 P. M.
