402 sd IMPROVEIVIENT RESOLUTION NO. 559. Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana; That an improvement be made of the kind, size, location and terminal points as Follows, Water connections on Leland and Hudson Avenues. from lst angle in Leland Ave. to Portage.and Terrace Aves. in accordance with a report submitted by the Board of Public Works to the Common Council and adopted by the Comrvon Council on May 24th. , 1909. Said improvement shall be known and designated as "THE LELAND AVE. AND HUDSON AVE. WATER CONNECTION IMPROVEMENT" and shall be constructed according to the plane and specifications prepared by the City Civil Engine er, filed herewith. Notice of this resol- ution shall be published on the 26 day of May, and on the 2nd day of June 1909, in tile! South Bend Daily Times. This Board will received bids for this- work at its office in the City Hell on the 19th day of June 1909, at 10:00 A. 14. Adopted this 25th day of May 1909,. 1. Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend., Indiana; That an improvelffeht_.°be made of the kind, size, location and terminal points as follows: Water connections on Notre Dame street from Jefferson street to City Limits. In accordance with a report submitted to Common Council by the Board of Public Works and. adopted on the 24th day of Hay 1909. Said improvement shall be known and designated as "THE NOTRE DAME STREET WATER CONNECTION IMPROVE@aIENT" and shall be constructed according to the plans and specifications prepared by the City Civil Engineer, filed herewith. Notice of this resolution shall be published on the 26th day of May and on the 2nd day of June, 1909, in the South Bend Daily Times. This Board will receive bids for this work at its office in the City Hall on the 18th day of June, 1909, at 10:00 A. M. Adopted this 25th day of May 1909. Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana: That an improvement be made of the kind, size, locaation and terminal points an follows: Pipe Seeger on Bartlett street from Michigan street to Lafayette street. Said improvement shall be known and designated as "THE BARTLETT STREET PIPE SEVER IMPROVEMENT" and shall be constructed according to the plans and specifications pre- pared by the City Civil Engineer, filed.herewith. Notice of this resolution shall be pub- lished on the 26th day of May and on the 2nd day of June, 1909, in the South Bend Daily Times. This board will give a hearing on this resolution at its office in the City Hall on the 15th day of June, 1909, at 7:15 P. M. A Bond or Bonds to be issued to the Contractor in payment for such work where the property owner signs waiver required, as according to law. PETER STREET PIPE SEWER IMPROVEXENT" and shall be constructed according to the plans and specifications pre- -pared by the City Civil Engineer, filed herewith. Notice of this resolution shall be pub- lished on the 26th day of May and on the 2nd day of June, 1909, in the South Bend Daily Times.
