<br />n1PROVEMWT RESOLUTION N0. 555.
<br />AResolved by the Board of ;Public Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana: That
<br />an improvement be made of the kind, size, location and terminal points as follows:
<br />Grade, Curb & Walk on Burns street from South Bend Avenue North to City Limits.
<br />Said improvement shell be known and designated, as "The Burns street Grade, Curb &
<br />Walk Improvement"' and shall be constructed according to the plans and specifications pre--
<br />pared by the City Civil Engineer, filed herewith. Notice of this resolution shall be pub-
<br />lished on the 15th day of May and on the 22 day of May, 1909, in the South Bend Daily
<br />Times. This board will give a hearing on this resolution at its office in the City Hall
<br />on the Sth day of June, 1909 at 7:15 P.,Mo
<br />A Bond or Bonds to be issued to the Contractor in payment for such work where
<br />the property owner signs waiver required, as according to law. Which said bonds shah
<br />bear interest at the rate of six per cent per @.nnum, payable as provided by la*u.

<br />Resolved by the Board of Public Works of .the City of South Bend,,, Indiana,; That an

<br />Grade, Curb & Walk on Notre Dame Street from Wayne street to Division street.
<br />Said improvement shall be known and desigl**ed as "The Notre Dame street Grade,
<br />Curb & Walk Improvement" and shall be constructed according to the plans and specifications
<br />prepared by the City Civil Engineer, filed herewith. Notice of this resolution shall be
<br />published on the 15th day of May and on the 22nd day of May 190% in The South Bend Daily
<br />Times. This board will give a hearing on this resolution at its office in the City Hall
<br />on the Sth day of June 1909, at 7:15 P. M.

<br />Grading of Howard street from Notre Dame Avenue to Eddy street.
<br />Said improvement shall be known and design as "The Howard street Grading
<br />Improvement " and shall be constructed according to the -plans and specifications prepared
<br />by -the City Civil Engineer, filed herewith. Notioe of this resolution shall be published
<br />on the 15th day of May and on the 22nd clay of May 1909, in the South Bend Deily Times.
<br />This Board will give a hearing on this resolution at its office in the City Hall on the 8trh
<br />day of June 1909 at 7:15 P. M.

<br />west of Hill street from Cresent avenue South to Cedar street. Said improvement shall be
<br />known and designated as "The Alley west of Hill street Grading Improvement " and shall be
<br />constructed according to the plans and specifications prepared by the City Civil Engineer
<br />filed herewith. Notice of this resolution shall be published on the 15th day of May and on
<br />the 22nd day of May-1909,.in the South Bend Daily Times. This board will give a hearing
<br />on this resolution at its office in the City Hall on the £nth day of June 1909, at 7:15 P. 1
