The Option Agreement was si ned a couple of years ago with us. The owners reques ed additional time to operate their business and ar now refusing to close. The contract time was until ctober, 1969. Our alternative is to sue for non -pe formance of contract or'go to condemnation' procee ings. Commission Legal Counsel recommends the latter route. The se and parcel is only to-clear the title. All the wells, etc., are presumably shut off.in the area. Mr. Wi gins asked if this was in the Cultural Site area?
