Executive Director: President Dean J. EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR, <br />Wi helm apprised that Mr. Howard Bellinger's DEPT. OF REDEVELOPMENT <br />resignation, as the Executive Director of this De- <br />partment, becomes effective the 15th of this month, <br />at which time he will be the Executive Director <br />of the Area Plan Commission of St. Joseph County, <br />replacing Mr. John K. Wilson. During an interim <br />period, some disposition should be made to have <br />someone in charge of this office, effective as <br />of March 16th. <br />Mr. Helmen stated that we need.an Acting Director <br />even though we are exploring other applications at the <br />moment. An advertisement is being run in the NAHRO <br />Journal, which will be coming out sometime this <br />movith, but, in the meantime, there must be an <br />Ac ing Director. The motion to appoint Mr. Karl L. <br />Eb 1, as Acting Director, was made by Mr. Helmen, <br />se onded by Mr. Chenney, and unanimously passed. <br />Mr Karl L. Ebel, Associate Director, is named <br />Ac ing Director of the Department of Redevelopment, <br />effective as of March 16, 1970. <br />President Wilhelm apprised that he wanted to take <br />this opportunity, and the Commission shares with <br />him, the excellent job Mr. Howard Bellinger has <br />do 6e as the Executive Director for the Department. <br />am <br />
