PROGRESS REPORTS (Cont'd <br />b. <br />Urban Design for Central Downtown Urban <br />URBAN DESIGN REPORT, <br />Renewal <br />Project, R -66: Mr. Be linger,gave a brief: <br />CENTRAL,DOWNTOWN <br />analysis <br />of a report outlining the problem, purpose,;. <br />URBAN.RENEWAL PROJECT, <br />application, <br />method and the relationship:to the over- <br />R -66 <br />all prog <br />am for this project, covering the significant <br />aspects <br />of urban design. A more detailed report will <br />be submitted <br />at the next Commission meeting. <br />Mr. Helmen <br />asked if rehabilitation and new construc- <br />tion mus <br />come to the Commission for approval.
