Now that our <br />downtown renewal project is in the final stage of exe- <br />cution, a are proud of the outstanding accomplish - <br />ments o our South Bend Renewal Department." <br />5. OLD (BUSINESS <br />Non <br />6. NEW OUSINESS <br />a. Resolution No. 282: This Resolution is to <br />authoriz e the filing of HUD Form 6144, requesting con- <br />currence in acquisition prices for 14 parcels of real <br />estate, in the Central Downtown Urban Renewal Project. <br />Mr. Bellinger apprised this should represent substan <br />tially all of the properties to be acquired; however, <br />from time-to-time, additional parcels may need to be <br />considered by the Commission and added to acquisition. <br />The current 14 parcels involved are located along the <br />St. Jos ph River, which required additional appraisal <br />work du to boundary discrepancies. <br />Mr. Hamrierschidt, Commission Legal Counsel, apprised <br />that HUE is in the process of approving all real estate <br />and f' 1x ure appraisals.
