King, LPA Secretary <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />The minutes'of the Redevelopment Trustees Special Meeting of <br />iry 21, 1969, were read by the Secretary, Mrs. Josephine M. Curtis. <br />rtion by Mr. F. Jay Nimtz, seconded by Mr. James F. Peacock, the <br />:es, as read, were unanimously approved. <br />III.1 APPOINTMENT OF COMMISSIONERS <br />The Chair entertained ,a motion for any discussion or nominations <br />for ommissioners for the year 1970. Motion was duly made by Mr. Nimtz <br />that all present Commissioners be re- appointed for the coming year, se- <br />cond d by Mrs. Curtis, and motion was unanimously passed by a11.Trustees. <br />The pommissioners are: <br />Mr. Donald A. Wiggins <br />Mr. Dean J. Wilhelm <br />Mr. John E. Chenney <br />Mr. Fred J. Helmen <br />Rev. Willie V. Williams <br />Motion was duly made by Mrs. Curtis that a letter of thanks and con - <br />gratulations be written to the Commissioners for the splendid work they <br />have accomplished this past year. We have dedicated people for the job <br />and should let them know we appreciate their carrying out their office so <br />well. Mr. Nimtz nominated Mrs. Curtis for the assignment of drafting a <br />letter to the Commissioners, and give the draft to the LPA Secretary for <br />typing and mailing.
