Williams stated, in their expe ience working with insurance companies, the cont ibutions remain identical; however, the actu 1 benefits the employee receives are not iden ical, but vary greatly. Mr. Helmen stated his nl y concern is to get the best plan available for ihe least amount of contribution. A pr posal was made to select a Committee of two Commissioners to work with the staff and obtain two final pension plans. The two Commissioners nominated were Mr. Helmen and Rev. Williams, as Mr. lammerschmidt felt these two Commissioners are the most qualified and experienced in this field. Mr. Helmen and Rev. Williams agreed to serve in'an advisory capacity for the pension plan. Mr. Helmen suggested Lincoln National Life Insurance be contacted for their proposal. J.
