Mr. Helmen inquired what kind of maintenance <br />would a needed on ties? President Wiggins stated: <br />"None. It will last with ereasote." He also stated <br />some oF the biggest offenders in damaging :these rails <br />were d livering trucks. LASALLE PARK URBAN <br />This is a 20 foot parcel'that -s to be purchased. RENEWAL.PROGRAM, R -57 <br />by the adjoining property owner. Mr. Wilhelm asked -, <br />what will be done with`the rest of the,lot? Mr. <br />Bellinger apprised it has already been sold, and <br />this is to consummate the sale of transaction. On <br />motion by Mr. Wilhelm, seconded by Rev. Williams, <br />the President and Secretary were authorized to <br />execute the Disposition Contract for Parcel 17 -1A. <br />d.
