Rehabilitation Grants: Approval of two <br />rehabilitation grants, in the LaSalle Park Urban <br />Renewal Project, R -57, was requested for the <br />follo ing parcels: <br />Parcel Nos. 7 -15 and 23 -27. <br />On motion by Mr. Wilhelm, seconded by Mr. }ielmen, <br />the rehabilitation grants for the above- stated <br />parcels were approved unanimously by all Commis- <br />sioners present. <br />• Tot Lots: Request has been received <br />from e Urban League to lease three lots on <br />Lake Street, on a yearly basis, for tot lots. <br />Mr. Bellinger apprised that the lots, in ques- <br />tion, following soil tests were found to be <br />unbui dable. The Urban League has approximate- <br />ly $250.00 available for play equipment. On <br />motion by Mr. Wilhelm, seconded by Mr. Chenney, <br />authorization was granted for a contract to be <br />drawn with the Urban League for play areas to <br />be lea ed on a yearly basis, for a minimal amount <br />of per aps $1.00 to $10.00, for tot lots on un <br />builda le areas. <br />d.
