20POW Wednesday August 12th. 1905. IMPROVEMENT -RESOLUTION N0. 568. Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend, IndianaThat an ;mprovement : be made of the kind, size, location and terminal points as follows: Pipe ?ewer on Howard avenue from Michigan avenue to connect with the sewer on Van Buren street at its intersection with Howard avenue. Said improvement shall be known and designated as QTHE HOWARD AVENUE PIPE SEWER IMPROVEMENT* and.shall be constructed according to the plans and specifications prepared by the City Civil Engineer, filed herewith. Notice of this resolution shall,be published on the 14th day of August and on the 21st day of Au;-ust, 1-909, in the South Bend Daily Times--, This Board will give hearing on this resolution at its office in the City Hall on the lst day of September 1905, at 7:15 P. 14- A Bond or Bonds to be issued to the Contractor in payment for -such workwhere the roperty owner si=,ns waiver required, as according to law. Which said bonds shall bear ,interest at the -rate of six per cent per annum, payable as proveded_by law. Adopted this 12th day of August? 1909. BOARH OF PUBLIC WORKS. IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 569. Said improvement shall be known am designated as *THE SIXTH STREET PIPE SEWER IMPROVEMENT" and.shall be constructed according to the plans and specifications prep ared.by the City Civil Engineer filed herewith.- Notice _ of this resolution shall be published on the 14th day of August and on the 21st day of August, 1909, in the South Bend Daily Times. This Board -will, give a hearing on this resolution at its office in the City Hall on the 1st day of September 1905, at 7:15 P. M.
