Friday May 1st, 1908. 1- IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO.- 549. Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana: That an improvement be made of the kind, size, location and terminal points as follows: Trunk Sewer on Prairie avenue from Kemble avenue to Lincoln street. Said improvement shall be known and designated as "THE PRAIRIE AVENUE TRUNK SEWER IMPROVEMENT" and shall be constructed according to the plans and specifications prepared by the City Civil Engineer, filed herewith. Notice of this -resolution shall be published on the 2nd day of May and on the 9th day of May, 1909, in the South Bend Daily Times. This Board will give a hearing on this resolution at its office in the City Hall on.the 19th day of May, 1909, at 7:15 PIV-- A Bond or Bonds.to be issued to the Contractor in payment for such work where the property owner signs waiver required, as according to law.
