Rev. Kirk said if the indi- <br />vidual qualifies, we will have to pay it. <br />President Wiggins stated this money is not automati- <br />cally handed out. The need must be documented. In terms of the actual mechanics <br />of the Suit, the basics have been very well covered. <br />It might be well to encourage public attendance.
