Commissioner Kompar asked the question.if the cost of the parking structures would be eligible as a non-cash credit towards the City's portion of approx- imatel 6.6 million dollars for the project. He was apprised that even though Urban Renewal funds would not be directly used for the proposed two parking structures, the estimated total cost of about 3 -2 million dollars could be applied towards the City's financial share of the project.
