Commissioner Kompar asked the question.if the cost <br />of the parking structures would be eligible as a <br />non-cash credit towards the City's portion of approx- <br />imatel 6.6 million dollars for the project. He was <br />apprised that even though Urban Renewal funds would <br />not be directly used for the proposed two parking <br />structures, the estimated total cost of about 3 -2 <br />million dollars could be applied towards the City's <br />financial share of the project. <br />C. RESOLUTION N0. 239: This Resolution per- <br />tains to a property located within the Industrial <br />Expansion Project, R -56, which must be secured <br />throw condemnation procedures, Parcel #1 -6, in <br />the amount of $3,950. This property is under joint <br />owners tip, and there is a disagreement between the <br />owners as to their appropriate - interest of owner- <br />ship.
