COMMUNICATIONS <br />A letter dated September 6, 1968, has been received DOWNTOWN URBAN <br />from Mr. Richard L. Nelson, President, Sonser Corporation, RENEWAL PROJECT, <br />P. 0. Box 175, South Bend, Indiana, advising that their R -66 <br />Corporation is interested in acquiring properties adjacent <br />to their building, loeated:at 321, South Michigan Street, <br />South Bend, Indiana. The property, in question, is pro- <br />posed to be acquired by the Redevelopment Commission as <br />part of the Downtown Urban Renewal Program. The Sonser <br />Corporation is requesting that th-e Commission keep them. <br />informed so that they may submit.a bid on the cleared <br />land when it is appropriate. <br />5. NEW BUSINESS <br />a. A thorization and Commission Approval to Waive LAND DISPOSI- <br />Default and Assume Title Disposition for Parcel #17 -19: TION, LASALLE <br />This parcel was sold to Mr. Warner Outlaw to build a PARK PROJECT, <br />single family dwelling in the LaSalle Urban Renewal R -57 <br />Project.
