<br />stated conditions, legal description, etc._ The Abstract -
<br />Company of St. Joseph County proposes to provide this ser-
<br />vice at a rate of $1.00 per parcel, and not to exceed a
<br />cost of $50 00 for all parcels. On motion by -Reverend
<br />Kirk, secon ed by Mr. Kompar, the Commission approved the

<br />Four Parcels, in the LaSalle Urban Renewal Project: The - .PARCELS., LASALLE,
<br />following properties were acquired after awarding the,Se- PARK PROJECT, R -57
<br />cond Demolition Contract to the Dore Wrecking Company:
<br />Parcels #26-14, #31 -1, #35 -9B and #40 -8. Proposals for -
<br />this work w re submitted by Woodruff and 'Sons, Inc., and
<br />John Searcy. On motion by Mr. Kompar and seconded by Rev-
<br />erend Kirk, the Commission approved awarding the demolition
<br />work to the low bid of Woodruff and Sons, Inc., Michigan
<br />City, Indiana, in the amount of $1,864.00.

<br />This initia contract did not include the site improvement
<br />cost coveree by the Amendatory No. 2, Loan Grant Contracts,
<br />for the LaS lle Park Project. The Amendatory Loan and Grant
<br />Contract included $600,813.61 -of site improvement work.
<br />Thus, the t tal site improvement work is $1,605,313.61.
