4. <br />Tele ram dated September 4, 1968 has been received -from COMMUNICATIONS <br />Mr. Don iummel, HUD, Washington,-D'. C. Part I is approved <br />for Central Downtown Project -- letter is to follow from the <br />Regional Office. <br />5. NEW BUSINESS <br />a. <br />Mrs. Joan Otto was introduced as the LPA's new HUD HUD SITE REPRE- <br />site representative. The Commission thanked Mrs. Otto for SENTATIVE. <br />her assistance in getting the Part I approval on the Central <br />Downtown Project.
