Sometime back the Commission was alerted to a new process <br />wherein steel fencing could be aluminum coated, and would be prac- <br />tical for the pedestrian overpass, Chapin Street Project, R -29. <br />The necessary change order has been prepared and HUD concurrence <br />received, therefore, upon motion by Mr. Helmen, seconded by Mr. <br />Kompar, Commission approval was given for Change Order No. 1 in <br />the amount of $287 in connection with the pedestrian overpass, <br />Chapin Street Project, R -29. <br />$186,201.21 <br />$ 1,324099 <br />9,907.29 <br />1,678.72 <br />$1.00 <br />CHANGE ORDER <br />NO. 1 PEDES- <br />TRIAN OVER- <br />PASS, CHAPIN <br />STREET PROJECT, <br />R -29 <br />b. The Redevelopment De- LASALLE PARK <br />partment received a letter from Mr. Hunter, Superintendent of the PROJECT, R -57 <br />Water Department, that the Water Department would absorb the cost. <br />5. NEW BUSIINESS <br />a. Resolution No. 226 approving and providing for execution <br />of the loan and grant contract documents for the Industrial Ex- <br />pansion Project, R -56, received Commission approval on motion <br />by Mr. Komp r, seconded by Mr. Chenney.
