COMMUNICATIONS <br />a. HUD Chicago ltr of June 19, 1968 to Mr. Bellinger wherein COMMUNICATIONS <br />indication is given that South Bend's revised financial plan for <br />the Central Cowntown Project, R -66, will be acceptable on the con- <br />dition that the Redevelopment Commission agrees to accept a Capital <br />Grant of $10,838,392 as the maximum limitation which is acceptable <br />to HUD at this time and in accordance with LPA Letter No. 396. <br />The Commission approved the motion by Mr. Kompar, seconded by Rev. <br />Kirk, that the staff prepare a letter of agreement to these con- <br />ditions, subject to Mayor Allen's concurrence, and upon receipt the <br />HUD office i Chicago will continue to process the Application. <br />5.
