Dix and Associates, <br />S. M. DIX.& ASSOCIATES, <br />Inc. of Grand <br />Rapids, Michigan, in the <br />amount of $3,000, upon the <br />CENTRAL CORE, R -66 <br />motion by <br />Mr. Kompar, seconded by Rev. <br />Kirk. The Contract <br />had earlier <br />received the approval of Chicago <br />DHUD office, and <br />legal coun <br />el <br />5. NEW BUISINESS <br />a. In order that the cul -de -sac can be developed in the <br />LaSalle Park Project, R -57, the staff received Commission <br />approval f r Resolution 169; which submits to the Chicago DHUD <br />office, HU -6144 Form, Request for Concurrence in Acquisition <br />Price for arcel 36 -10 in the LaSalle Park Project, R -57, upon <br />the motion by Mr. Chenney, seconded by Mr. Kompar. This parcel <br />must be ac uired for planning purposes. At the request of <br />Mr. Grant ewis the staff has agreed to meet with Mr. Lewis to <br />discuss pl ns for cul -de -sacs. <br />RESOLUTION 169, <br />HUD FORM 6144 FOR <br />LASALLE PARK, R -57 <br />b. Th staff received approval for Resolution 170, upon the RESOLUTION 170 FOR <br />motion by 4r. Kompar, seconded by Mr. Chenney. This resolution LASALLE PARK, R -57 <br />gives the Zedevelopment Department the authority to amend the <br />Loan and G ant Contract for LaSalle Park, R -57, by reinstating <br />the reques ed rehabilitation funds for the total project. As an <br />interim measure rehabilitation loans and grants have been <br />.approved op an individual request. The staff has completed the <br />necessary documentation, along with Resolution 170, for submission <br />to Chicago DHUD office. <br />c. Resolution 171 confirms the support of the Model Cities RESOLUTION 171, <br />Program by the Redevelopment Commission, upon the motion by SUPPORTS MODEL CITIES <br />Mr. Chenney, seconded by Rev. Kirk. Mr. Bellinger pointed out PROGRAM <br />that staff commitment will be based upon the existing staff <br />ability to participate. <br />d.
