<br />of Redevelopment, to become effective March 16, 1967. Congratulations
<br />and best wishes were graciously received by Mr. Bellinger.

<br />discussec earlier ;in-this meeting. ;.These resolutions provide for RESOLUTION 166 FOR
<br />C' the amen ment to the basic loan note resolutions.for the .Chapin LASALLE PARK, R -57
<br />Street Project and for the LaSalle Park Project. Resolution 165
<br />amends t e basic loan note.provisions for Chapin Street Project,
<br />R -29. Resolution 166 amends the basic: loan note provisions. for.
<br />LaSalle Fark Project, R -57. Both resolutions received approval

<br />dated Ma ch 1, 1967. The Commission authorized contract negotia
<br />1�5 tion wit United Community Services to undertake this survey, upon
<br />2 the motion by Mr. Kompar, seconded:by Rev. Kirk. This survey would.
<br />take approximately 10 weeks, and would be ready to begin in about
<br />0� 6 weeks, since Chicago DHUD approval was in form but not in substance.

<br />March 3, 1967, upon the motion by Mr. Kompar, seconded by Rev. Kirk.
<br />f. Koszegi Leather and Vinyl Products, Inc., developers of PARCEL iL BUILDING
<br />Parcel 1 L in the Sample Street Project, R -7, received Commission PLANS APPROVED,
<br />acceptance for building plans upon the motion by Mr. Kompar, SAMPLE STREET, R -7
<br />seconded by Rev. Kirk. The developers have conformed to urban
<br />renewal egulations with one exception, which is to pave the loading
<br />dock are . Within a year's time the developer plans to expand
<br />beyond t is area, which is the reason pavement has been omitted.
