A meeting will be called soon to act upon these two <br />us possible adoption of a code flfi bylaws for the Committee. <br />b. Central Core Project, R -66. A progress report dated <br />February 10, 1967, from the planning consultant for the Central Core <br />Project, R -66, was presented to the Commission. The Project Area <br />Report which includes the Structural Conditions Survey is 75% complete, <br />and the remaining 25% is expected for completion in two weeks. The <br />Urban Reiiewal Plan is 25% complete. In connection with this section <br />of the contract, the City Planning Associates and Dr. Edwin Rams, <br />the Land Utilization and Marketability Consultant, have been meeting <br />with the staff on a regular basis discussing various points in <br />formulating the Urban Renewal Plan. Report on Planning Proposals <br />is 20% c mplete. Traffic and Pedestrian Flow Study is 20% complete. <br />Rehabilitation Report is 20% complete. The Land Acquisition Report is <br />75% comp ete. The Project Improvement Report is 20% complete. <br />c. Doan and Grant Application, Industrial Expansion, R -56. The <br />Chicago HUD Office has reviewed the p anning section of Part I of <br />the Loan and Grant Application for the Industrial Expansion Project, <br />R -56, anc has requested that the Redevelopment Department make a few <br />changes. The staff will attempt to resubmit the document by the end <br />of next veek, with the changes suggested. <br />d. Diagnostic Survey, LaSalle Park, R -57. Mrs. Curtis inquired <br />About th status of the Diagnostic Survey. The document has been <br />in the C icago DHUD office for sometime now, and it is anticipated <br />federal review will take 6 weeks. <br />PROGRESS REPORT <br />ON CENTRAL CORE <br />PLANNING, R -66 <br />PART I, LOAN AND <br />GRANT APPLICATION <br />FOR R -56 <br />DIAGNOSTIC SURVEY <br />LASALLE, R -57 <br />e. Relocation, LaSalle Park, R -57. The need continues to be for RELOCATION, <br />5 bedro6l homes in which to relocate people from the LaSalle Park LASALLE, R -57 <br />Project, R -57. One family of 10 has just recently been relocated. <br />Another reed of many of these people is household items and furniture. <br />The next regular meeting of the Redevelopment Commission will be the NEXT MEETING <br />Executiv Session at 3:00 P. M., and the public meeting at 3:30 P. M., <br />March 2, 1967, in the office of the Redevelopment Department. <br />6.
