SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT TRUSTEES REGULAR ANNUAL MEETING December 5, 1966 10:30 A. M. Presiding Officer: Dean J. Wilhelm, President I. ROLL CALL 120 W. Gene Skeldon, LPA Secretary' II. APPROVAL`OF MINUTES Minutes of the regular annual meeting of December 6, 1965, were read and` unanimously approved. III. COMMUNICATIONS a. Letter from Mr. Louis to Mr. Wilhelm, President of Trustees, dated'November 17, 1966, submitting resignation from Redevelopment Commission. b. Letter from Mr. Koczan to Mr. Wilhelm, dated November 25, 1966, submitting resignation from Redevelopment Commission. c. Letter from Mr. Wm. Morris, dated December 5, 1966, will be kept on file. IV. Mr. Curtis Heckaman nominated Dean J. Wilhelm, President; Byron W. Sheets, Vice President; Mrs. Josephine M. Curtis, Secretary; for the officers of the Redevel pment Trustees for the year 1967. Mr. Root seconded the nomination and a unanimous ballot was cast. V. The Trustees have recently received the resignation of James G. Louis as Commissioner because of his newly elected office; Portage Township Trustee. Also, Frank G. Koczan has found it necessary to resign his Commission post because of business reasons requiring extensive travel out of town. Upon the motion by Mr. Sheets, seconded by Mrs. Curtis, the Trustees reluctantly accepted these two rVp gnations, with the Secretary to write these two gentlemen expressing appreciation for the many years of dedicated service. Mrs. Curtis ade the motion, seconded by Mr. Sheets, that the Redevelopment Trustees reappoint Donald A. Wiggins, Fred J. Helmen, and Stephen E. Kompar, to be on the Bo rd of Commissioners of the Redevelopment Department for another term.
