An explanation had been submitted to Chicago on June 14, <br />1966, and was accepted as satisfactory by previous DHUD letter. The <br />Commissioners concurred that a reply be sent reminding DHUD the <br />Redevelopment Department selected from a group of 8 or-9 people, among <br />whom-William Morris was given full consideration. <br />5.
