A contract such as this will <br />save the staff much time in getting these needed jobs done. <br />The contract will be presented to Commission for approval,: <br />whe4 drafted. <br />The staff is also in the process of preparing a demolition PREPARATION OF <br />contract so it will be ready when needed. Along with the DEMOLITION CON.- <br />-dem(lition contract, the staff is interested in selling some of TRACT, LASALLE, <br />the salvage materials, such as bathtubs, water heateis, and R-57 <br />heating plants, to anyone who might be interested. <br />b. The Commission approved the motion by Mr. Kompar, RENT ADJUST- <br />seconded by Mr. Koczan, adjusting the monthly rent of Robert MENT LASALLE, <br />Roseman, 121 South Kaley, Parcel 9-15, to be the same as their R-57 <br />rhouEe payment, amounting to $55.00. The rent'computed at 2% of <br />thp.acquisition price would amount to $77.00. <br />C. There are 5 additional option agreements which have been5 OPTION <br />signed since the last Commission meeting. The Commission voted AGREEMENTS <br />to-accept these agreements and authorized-the President to sign APPROVED <br />for these parcels ,identified as 12-1, 13-1, 29-6, 43-18, 46-13, LASALLE, R-57 <br />upon the motion by Mr. Louis, seconded by Mr. Koczan. <br />d. Public Hearirig...LaSalle Park Bond Issue. The Executive PUBLIC HEARING <br />--Secretary presented proofs of publication and posting of the FOR BOND ISSUE <br />notice of petition for and determination to.issue bonds and the RESOLUTION 1501 <br />notice of hearingon additional appropriation of the proceeds of LASALLE, R -57 <br />57 <br />the bonds. <br />Upon motion duly made by Mr. Kompar, seconded by Mr. Koczan, <br />,and carried, said proofs of publication and posting Were approved <br />as complying with the governing statutes.. The President of-the <br />Commission announced that all taxpayers and persons interested <br />would be heard:in regard to the appropriation of the proceeds of <br />the bonds of the District. After all persons desiring to be <br />heard were heard and upon motion duly made by Mr. Louis, seconded <br />by�Nr. Koczan, and carried, Resolution.No. 150•was unanimously <br />adopted. <br />e. The Commission unanimously approved%kes6lution'151 whichRESOLUTION 151 <br />amends the basic loan note resolution pre`vbtusly passed for the CHAPIN, R-29 <br />Chapin Street Project, R-29, Loan and Grant Contract. It was <br />necessary to lower-the loan note from $1,417,070 to $1,358,917, <br />and Resolution 151 is approved to reflect the changes and a <br />new interest rate. <br />Sample Street Project, R-7.
