A contract such as this will save the staff much time in getting these needed jobs done. The contract will be presented to Commission for approval,: whe4 drafted. The staff is also in the process of preparing a demolition PREPARATION OF contract so it will be ready when needed. Along with the DEMOLITION CON.- -dem(lition contract, the staff is interested in selling some of TRACT, LASALLE, the salvage materials, such as bathtubs, water heateis, and R-57 heating plants, to anyone who might be interested. b. The Commission approved the motion by Mr. Kompar, RENT ADJUST- seconded by Mr. Koczan, adjusting the monthly rent of Robert MENT LASALLE, Roseman, 121 South Kaley, Parcel 9-15, to be the same as their R-57 rhouEe payment, amounting to $55.00.
