The original application for $20,000 was considered <br />ineligible b the Chicago DHUD office because it was improperly <br />called Socia Services by the consultant This is a new program` <br />which attempts to get attitudes of the people living in the <br />project area even though their homes are not scheduled for <br />acquisition r rehabilitation. Many people have problems and <br />do not know �he services which are available to them. This <br />survey can supply agreat need for the project area. <br />d.
