<br />a. Central Core Proiect,..R -66. The staff has been-in touch CENTRAL CORE
<br />with a few consultants in regard to a Lan3Utilization and PROJECT, R -66
<br />Marketability Study. When approval is received for the Survey
<br />and P1 nning Application, the Commission will be prepared to
<br />execut a contract for such a study.
<br />b. Citizen Participation, LaSalle Park, R -57. The Re- CITIZEN PARTI-
<br />develo ment Staff recently has written to about ten different. CIPATION FOR
<br />organizations in the South Bend community, to explore the idea LASALLE, R -57
<br />f.or greater citizen participation in the LaSalle Park Project.
<br />It was recently called to Mr. Chong's attention that a previous
<br />list, probably prepared when the GNRP was being prepared, had
<br />not been utilized. The staff will follow up this report by
