Meeting <br />Proposed for Engineering <br />Purposes. Mr. Grant <br />ENGINEERING <br />Lewis has asked <br />for the establishment of <br />a meeting with the <br />MEETING TO BE <br />LaSalle Park <br />Project Engineer Chas. W. <br />Cole & Son, Mr. Don <br />ARRANGED FOR <br />Grimmius - <br />an interested contractor, and <br />the Redevelopment <br />LASALLE PARK <br />Department <br />staff. Mr. Chong agreed to arrange a meeting <br />within the <br />next week. <br />g. Architectural Advisory Service. The staff plans to pro- FREE ARCHITEC- <br />vide free rchitectural advisory services for residents in the TURAL ADVISORY <br />LaSalle Park who will rehabilitate their homes. More guidance SERVICE FOR <br />along thesE lines will be received at the Annual IURA Meeting at LASALLE <br />Culver, Indiana. Only general designs will be provided free, <br />and more d tailed drawings will have to be approved by the <br />Building D partment and paid for by the resident. <br />h. Relocation. Mrs. Curtis asked how the Relocation Office RELOCATION, <br />is getting along out in LaSalle Park, and also about the progress LASALLE <br />of the newsletter and the proposed informational meetings. Mr. <br />Scott felt the climate was good among those with whom contact is <br />made, and the Housing Authority is registering applicants who are <br />to be relocated. The Site Office is completing a survey taken <br />throughout the city listing homes that are for sale and posting <br />pictures. More meetings with project residents and the newsletter <br />will be programmed in the near future. <br />i, Re t Su lement Program. The City of South Bend, Depart- RENT SUPPLEMENT <br />ment of Re evelopment has discussed rent supplement with FHA REPORT <br />in Indianapolis. The Indiana FHA office favors application of <br />not more t an 100 units. <br />j. Contractors List.
