Upon the motion of Mr. <br />FINANCING, R -S1,.'-' <br />Kompar, seconded <br />by Mr: Koezan, the Commission approved the <br />advertising <br />of bids for private financing for a long -term loan, <br />bids advertised <br />June 28, 1966, and bid date is July 12, 1966; in <br />the amount <br />of $1,248,000. <br />7. Everything seems to be <br />R -29 <br />all right <br />n dealing with the Park Department, and the sale of <br />that proje <br />t land is in the legal state with contract signing in <br />the near- f <br />ture. After several discussions with the Park Depart- <br />ment on the <br />location of easements in .the disposition parcel, all <br />questions seem <br />to be resolved. <br />c. LaSalle <br />Park Project R -57. Sometime in the next two to <br />LaSALLE PAIR, <br />four weeks, <br />the Redevelopment Department may start purchasing <br />R -57 <br />property. <br />A type-written list of home improvements-will be fur-, <br />nished hom <br />owners who are going to rehabilitate their homes. <br />Generally, <br />residents know whether or not their home is up for <br />acquisiton <br />although they have not formally been told. The <br />Redevelopm <br />nt Department is anxious to know of any LaSalle Park <br />resident who <br />is interested in purchasing a lot to build a home. <br />The Urban <br />Plan calls for single family dwellings, two - <br />family dwe �enewal <br />lings, and row housing for the elderly. <br />d.
