NEW BUSINESS <br />a. 1he Commission unanimously adopted Resolution 135 RESOLUTION <br />which ap roved 80 completed acquisition appraisals by,the 135 <br />three ap raisers, - North Central Appraisal Company, Gillis <br />Realty Company, and Hubert Weaver - and provided for <br />forwarding the individual and the average acquisition appraisal <br />prices to Chicago DHUD for concurrence on the motion by <br />Mr. Louis, and seconded by Mr. Kompar. These 80 appraised <br />properties were selected for appraisal and priority acquisition_ <br />based on requests of owners involved and on orderly acquisition, <br />clearance and;disposi.tion of project land. <br />b. Over the last few weeks the Redevelopment Department LASALLE PARK <br />Staff has been talking to local engineers in order to R' -57 ENGINEERING <br />secure a well qualified and experienced engineering firm for CONTRACT LET <br />the LaSa le Park Project, R -57.
