Before disposition to the Housing Authority, a <br />solution has to be reached on the underground utility <br />easement. Mr. Dickinson feels the easement cannot remain <br />at the present location, and removal would cost from <br />$10,000 to $15,000., Neither the Indiana and Michigan <br />Electric Company nor the Redevelopment Department can under- <br />stand why the electric underground cable must be relocated <br />by Mr. Dickinson's decision, although he is allowing to <br />remain in the same area a water main, a sewer line, and a <br />gas main.
