<br />Parcel 3, Sample Street Project, R -7, as of December 31, 1965,
<br />and do noYA hereby adopt Resolution 123 authorizing acceptance•of
<br />bid for said parcel, consisting.of 131,315 square feet, at a
<br />bid price of 32.50 per.square foot, totaling $42,677.38. Approval
