That said report of said City Engineer be and is hereby <br />adopted. <br />And be it further Resolved, that it i-- contemplated bytiis Board to improve <br />GARr1LED COURT from Washington Avenue to First Alley South, all in. said City of South <br />Bend, by Concrete Paveme t and that it is, and is hereby so -.declared, necessary for the <br />Northern Indiana Gas & Electric Company, which has, acid operates under, a franchise from. <br />said City to supply gas to the citizens of said City, to provide and install mains, lat- <br />erals, service pipes and connections for gas in said part of said street, of the des- <br />cription, location and number set forth in said report of said City Engineer, which <br />mains, service pipes and connections are hereby declared necessary for the immediate use <br />of said Company in supplying gas to the owners of property abutting upon said part of <br />said street.. <br />OTTO C.
