Continued. ✓Declaratory hearing given on Improvement Resolution No. 221. fast Grade, curb and walk on Prairie Avenue and Concrete Pavement on Prairie Avenue f rod Webster Street to Grant Street. In the City of South Bend, Indiana. In the above matter remonstrators appeared but no remonstrances were filed. The Board after due consideration decided to defer all action until- Friday April 4th. 1913. at 10:00 A.M. ✓''Declaratory hearing given on Improvement . Resolution No 226 for Pavement on Kemble Ave. from Prairie Avenue to Ewing Avenue. In the City of South Bend, Indiana. In the above matter no remonstrators ppeared and no remonstrances were filed. The Board therefore .find i_i eaen and every case in said improvement that the benefits tothe property a -ad to the City of South Bend, are equal to the estimated cost a said improvements and the same are hereby in all thing✓ ratified, confirmed and approved. Be it resolved that notices be published in the South Bend. The Board after due consideration decided to defer all action on the same until Tuesday April the 9th. 1913 at 10:00 A.M. Declaratory hearing given on Improvement Resolution No. 225 for Grade, curb and walk on Olive Street from Elwood Avenue to Keller Street. In the City of South Bend,Indiana. In the above _matter remonstrators appeared but no remonstrance was filed, The Board after due consideration deferred all action until Tuesday April £ith.. 1913 at 10:00 A.M. wDeclaratory hearing given on Improvement Resolution No. 224 for grade, curb and walk on Johnson Street as now platted=and laid out in Mayr's Michigan Avenue Add. In the City o of South Bend, Indiana. In the above matter no remonstrators -appeared and no remonstrances were filed. The Board therefore find in each and every case in said improvement that the benefits to the property and to the City of South Bend, are equal to the estimated cost of said improvements and the same are hereby in all things ratified, confirmed and approved. Be it resolved that notices be published in the Soutii Bend Daily Times on the 31st., day of March 1913 and on the 7th. day of April 1913 to the effect that this Board will receive bids for said improverent up to 10:00 A.N. on the 22nd. day -of April,1913 The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
