ff, Friday March 29th. 1913. Board met in regular hearing at 7:45 P.M. All members present. ,/Declaratory hearing given on improvement Resolution No. 222 for pipe sewer on Quincy Street from Portage Avenue to Blaine Avenue,In the City of South Bend., Indiana. In the above matter no remonstrators appeared, but a remonstrance was filed. The Board therefore after due consideration find in each and every case in sad said improvement that the benefits to the property and to the City of South Bend, are equal to the estimated cost of said improvements and the same are hereby in all things ratified, confirmed and approved. Be it resolved that notices be published in the South Bend Dail,* Times on the 31st. day of March 1913 and on the 7th. day of April 1913 to the effect that this Board will receive bids for said improvement up to 10:00 A.M. on the 22nd. day of Apri1,1913. 'The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids. ,/Declaratory hearing given on Improvement Resolution No. 217 for Pavement on Howard Street from Leeper Avenue to Niles Avenue. In the City of South Bend, Indiana. In the above matter no remonstrators appeared and no remtrances were filed.- The Board therefore find in each and every ease in said. Improvement that the benefits to the property and to the City of South Bend, are equal to the estimated cost of said improvements and the same are hereby in all things ratified, confirmed and approved. Be it resolved that notices be published in the South Bend Daily Times on the 31st. day of March 1913 and on the 7th. day of April 1913 to the effect that this Board will received bids for said improvement up to 10:00 A.M. on the l8th. day of April 1913. The Board. reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Declaratory hearing given on Improvement Resolution No. 218 for Pavement on College Street from Washington. Avenue to Michigan Avenue, In the City of South Bend, Indiana. In the above matter no remonstrators appeared and no remonstrance was filed. The Board therefore find in each and every case in said improvement that the benefits to the property &nd to the City of South Bend, are equal to the estimated cost of said improvements and the same are hereby in all things ratified, confirmed and approved. Be it resolved that notices be published in the South Bend Daily Times on the 31st. day of March 1913 and on the 7th. day of April 1913 to the effect that this Board will receive bids for said improvement up to 10:00 A.M. on the 19th. day of April 1913. In the City of South Bend, Indiana. In the above matter no remonstrators appeared, but a remonstrance was filed. The Board therefore find in' eaci and every case in said improvement that the benefits to the property and to the City of South Bend, are equal to the estimated cost of said improvements and the same are hereby in all things ratified, confirmed and approved. Be it resolved that notices be published in the South Bend Daily Times on the 31st. day of March 1913 and on the 7th. day of April 1913 to the effect that this Board will receive bids for said improvement up to 10:00 A.M. on the l8th. day of April 1913 . The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids. f Declaratory hearing given on Improvement Resolution No. 220 for Pavement on Ottowa Street from Vistula Avenue to L.S.& M. S. RY. In the City of South Bend, Indiana. In the above matter a remonstrator appeared, but no remonstrances were filed. The Board therefore find in each and every case inlaid improvement that the benefits to the property and to the City of South Bend are equal to the esti— mated cost of said improvement and the same are hereby in all things ratified, con— firmed and approved. Be it resolved that notices be published do the South Bend Daily Times on the 31st. day of March 1913 and on the 7th. day of April 1913 to the effect that this ,Boa;rd :;rill receive bids for said improvement up to 10:00 A.M. on the 18th. day of April 1913. The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bias.
