42 f ✓ The New franchise submitted for a heating plant was before the Board and they concluded not to take any further action in the matter until after the publication by the State 0 of the law pertaining to the Utility Commission. The Board ordered a light in at the intersection of the first north and south alley South of Wayne Street and with 'the 1st. north and south alley east of Michigan Street and with the lst. east and west alley south of Wayne Street. Plat of B. H. Neitzels Sub —Division of lots 4,5 and 6 Orchard Heights Addition was approved by the Board. ✓ . Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana. That in accordance with Declaratory Resolution for a pavement on Brick Avenue from LaPorte Avenue to Michigan Avenue, under Improvemerit Resolution No. 208 adopted. on the 24th. day of September 1912 and whereas the same was approved by the Board on January 14th. 1913 with certain conditions situplated as recorded in Recorded No. 4 Page #679 of the official record of the proceedings of the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana. Be it therefore resolved that notices be published in the South Bend Daily Times on the 26th. day of March 1913 and on the 2nd day of April 1913 to the effected that the Board will receive bids for said improvement up to 10:00 A.M. on the 7th. day of May 1913. The Board reserves the right -Ito reject any and all bids. President.
