c ,741 Board met in regular session at 10:00 A.Y. All members present. r/ Petition received andfiled for the opening of Elmer Street from North line of Mayrfs Stich. Avenue Addition to Elwood Avenue. The same was referred to the City Engineer for investigation. i/Petition received and filedfor the opening and grade, curb and walk on east of Huey Street from North line of Mayrts Stich. Avenue Addition to Elwood Avenue. The same was referred to the City Engineer for investigation. -,Deferred hearing given on Assessment roll and final estimate for Pipe sewer on Cottage Grove Avenue. from Oak Street to the first alley south of Oak Street, under Improvement Resolution No. 204. In the.City of South Bend, Indiana. In the above matter no remonstrators appeared and no remonstrances were filed. The Board'therefore find that the property assessed in said roll filed January 24th. 1913 is benefited in the amount of assessments as shown on said rolls and the Board further find that the assessment roll filed January 24th. 1913 and the final estimate allowed January 24th. 1913 should be and the same are hereby in all things ratfied, confirmed and approved. ,r Deferred hearing given on Assessment roll and final estimate for Pipe sewer on Fuerbringer Street, from Cottage Grove Avenue to Sherman Avenue, :under Improvement Resolution No. 195.
