W Board met in regular hearing at 7:45 P.M. All members present. ,"Hearing given on assessment Roll and final estimate -for Pipe sewer on Sorin Street, unri from.Eddy Street to Arthur Street, under Improvement Resolution No. 201. In the City South Bend, Indiana. In the above matter remonstrators appeared, but no remonstrances. were filed. The Board therefore find that tl* property assessed in said rolls filed January 24th. 1913 is benefited in the amount of assessments . as shown on said rolls, and the Board further find that the assessment roll filed January 24th.. 1913 and the final estimate allowed January 24th. 1913. should be and the same are hereby in all things ratified, confirmed and approved. � Hearing given on assessment roll and final estimate for Pipe .Sewer bti, Stl..
