The Board therefore find in each and every case in said improve— mient that the benefits to theproperty and to the City of South Bend, are equal to the estimated cost of said improvements and the same are hereby in all things Rati— fied, confirmed and approved. Be it resolved that notices be published in the South Bend Daily Times on the lt)th. day of February 1913 and on the 26th. day of February 1913 to the effect that t is Board will receive bids for said improvement. up to 10:00 A.Y. on the 14th. day of March 19 13.
