711 Board met in regular hearing at 7:45 P.M. Mr. Bastian absent. Deferred hearing giveing on Condemnation Resolution No. 20 for a highway south of Sample Street to Ewing Avenue. In the above matter remonstrators appeared and a remonstrance was filed. The Board deferred all action on same until Friday February 21st. at 10:00 A.M. Hearing given on Roll showing awards of damages and assessments of benefits in the matter of Vacation Resolution No. 15 adopted on the 20th day of March 1912 for the Vacation of alley in L. Niekelts Sub. Div.. In the above matter no remonstrators appeared and no remonstrances were filed. The Board therefore- declare the above roll filed December 20th. 1912 is in all things ratified, confirmed and approved. Declaratory, hearing given on Improvement Resolution No. 210 for Pipe sewer on Francis Street from Wayne Street to Quimby Street, Sn the City of South Bend, Indiana. In the above matter no remonstrators appeared and no remonstrance were filed. The Board therefore find in each and every case in said improvement that the bene- fits to the property and to the City of South Bend,' are equal to the estimated cost of said improvements and the same are Eby in all things ratified, 'confirmed and approved. No. of Washington Avenue. In the City of South Bend, Indiana. In the above matter no remonstrators appeared and no remonstrances were filed. The Board therefore find in each and every case in said improvement that the benefits to the property and to the City of South Bend, are equal to the estimated cost of said improvements and the same are hereby in all things ratified, confirmed and approved. Be it resolved that notices be published in the'South Bend Daily Times on the 19th. -day of February 1913 and on tine 26th. day of February 1913 to the effect that this Board will receive rids for said improvement up to. 10:00 A.M. on the 14th. day of March 1913. In the City of South Bend, Indiana. In the above matter no remonstrators appeared and no remonstrances were filed.
