<br />the opening of North Turnoek Street between South Bend Avenue and Corby Street. The
<br />same ;.eras read and placed on file.
<br />✓3A:-�pl.kt of the Michigan Street Addition to the City of South Bend, Indiana was presented
<br />to the Board and the same was referred to the City Civil Engineer.
<br />Petition received for pipe sewer on Adams Street frog._ Vassar Avenue to Michigan Avenue
<br />The same was read and referred to the Engineer for investigation.
<br />,,--Petition received for grade, curb and walk on Tenth Street River Park, from Mishawaka
<br />Avenue to Wall Street. The same was read and referred to the City Engineer for in-
<br />vestigation.
<br />Petition received for grade, curb and walk on Wall Street from Clifford Court west
<br />to Sixth Street, �n R v�-^ Park. The same was read and referred to the City Engineer
<br />for investigation.

<br />i[unicipal City of South Bend. of St,. Joseph County of the State of Indiana, its success-
<br />ors and assigns for the sum of ONE ($l.00) DOLLAR, the following Real Estate in St.
<br />Jospeh. County in the State of Indiana, to wit:
<br />A tract or parcel of land. thirty (30)
<br />feet in width bounded by a line running as follows viz: Beginning at a point in the
<br />center line of Bertrand Street; which point is thirty (30) feet South and six hundred
<br />ninety-five and eight -tenths (695.5) feet West of the South East corner of Lot No. Two
<br />Hundred ninety three (293) in Kaley's Third Addition to the City of South Bend, being at
<br />the North West corner of a tract heretofore conveyed to WinklEr Brothers Manufasturing
<br />Company; thence running North sixty four (64) degrees fifty -five (55) minutes West
<br />on the Northerly line of. grantor's land two hundred sixty- three and seven--tentls�>
<br />(263.7)- feet, more or less, to the west line of Section No. Three. ("A) Township No.
<br />Thirty -se ven (37) North, Range No. Two (2) East, thence South on said Section line to
<br />a point. thirty (30) feet distant (measured at right angles) from said Northerly line of
<br />grantor's land.; thence South sixty-four (64) degrees fifty-five (55) minutes East
<br />parallel with and thirty (30) feet distant from said North line of Grantor's land to a

<br />by virtue of a resolution of the Board of Directors of said C. G. Folsom Manufacturing
<br />Company, passed at a meeting held. January 18th. 1913. And. Covenant for itself, its
<br />successors and personal representations that it is lawfully seized of the premises has
<br />good right to convey the same and guarantee the quiet possession thereof that the same
<br />are free from all in.cumbranee and that it will Warrant and Defend the title to the
<br />some against all lawful shims, by Charles G. Folsom, its president, and Nadine Folsom,
<br />Secy.,,
