,644 <br />-haos-day Nov -ember .9t hT- 3932 <br />The City Engineer submitted the list of property owners in themftter of the <br />appropzi ation of certain property under Condemnation Resolution Number 17 which list <br />-includes the names of the owners and holders of property and of interests therein <br />sought to be taken or beneficially or injuriously effected, and the description of <br />the several pieces of property which is affected by the said appropri-ation proceedings.. <br />Thereupon the Board proceeded to award the damages sustained and to assess the <br />benefits accruing to each piece of property upon said list. <br />It was thereupon, upon motion duly made and seconded and unanimously adopted, <br />resolved that said list, together with the amounts of benefits and damages and net ` <br />benefits and net damages therein set 'forth as to the several parcels of land be adopted <br />and ordered spread upon this record by reference, and that the respective amount of <br />benefits contained in Said list be and are hereby -assessed against the several tracts <br />of land as speficially set forth in said list, and that the respective amounts of <br />damages contained in the said list be and are hereby, awarded to the several tracts of <br />land as specifically set forth in said list, and that the net benefits or._ net damages <br />as the case may be as to the respective tracts of land, contained, in said list are <br />hereby awarded or assessed, a�i the case may be as to the said several tracts of laid. <br />The Board hereby further sets off the benefits and damages each against the. <br />other. where both benefits and damages are assessed against the same piece of property <br />tract of land or interest, and hereby- fixes said respective net benefits as the amount <br />that- shall be paid by the respective owners as benefits,, and further hereby fixes the <br />respective net damages as to the several tracts as the amou:fit that shall be paid to the <br />owners of the respective tracts as demageg. <br />Thereupon, upon motion duly made and seconded and unarL:mously adopted, the <br />lOt.h. ,' day df "JAz'n}&*`l913 was fi xed as the day on whi ch thi s Board Vd 11 re ceive or <br />hear remonstrances from persons with regard to the amount of their respective awards or <br />assessments, and the clerk of this Board Was instructed to prepare and cause to be <br />duly anct, legally given, notices to the owners of each parcel of property, showing the <br />amount of the assessment or award, with a description of the prope'rty affected, and <br />the date of said hearing. <br />THE EXTENSION OF KEASEY STREET FROM THE 'WEST LINE OF LOT 9 HUTCHINS ADDITION <br />TO THE WEST LINE OF CARROLL STREET AS MLLOWS: -t o-wit : <br />Beginning on the south line of Keasey Street and the west line of Lot <br />9 in Hutchins Addition, thence east in line with the south- . line of Keasey Street to <br />the west line of Carroll Street; thence north on the .west line of Carroll Street to the <br />south line of thealley along the north side of said lot 9; thence west along the <br />north line of said lot 9; to the west line of saidlot 9; thence south to the place of <br />b e gi nni ng. <br />THE POLLOn.
